Shields!

Again, making little progress, but progress still! There's now shield power-ups in the game, that give you immortality for a period of time.

I also found some nice CC BY music that fits the odd medley of techno, pop and metal that was in the 1990s DOS game "Wings", which this game is heavily inspired by, but I still might end up composing some simple music loops myself.
